Indium(III) Sulfate

Used in electronics and optoelectronics as a precursor for ITO in the production of touchscreens and flatscreens. Also used in the semiconductor industry for manufacturing transistors, microchips, and other components. Found in optical fiber communication systems, lasers, and detectors.
