Indium(III) Telluride

Used in the semiconductor industry for the production of microelectronic and optoelectronic devices, including LEDs and lasers. Also used in thermoelectric generators and cooling systems, as well as in infrared sensors, imaging systems, optical sensors, and communication devices.
